Drouhin Vaudon – Mont de Milieu 2016 – Chablis Premier Cru

Drouhin Vaudon – Mont de Milieu 2016 – Chablis Premier Cru

The nose is fresh, fruity, elegant and (very) slightly fleshy. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of fleshy peach, apple and citrus (lemon, mandarin) combined with fine notes of quince, small yellow fruits as well as an imperceptible touch of fresh flowers, flint, butter and almond. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, mineral, racy, elegant and offers a beautiful definition, a fine acid frame, precision, a beautiful guideline, a fine tension as well as finesse. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of ripe / juicy lemon, ripe / juicy peach and juicy quince combined with small notes of juicy pear / apple, juicy mirabelle plum as well as fine touches of flint and a discreet hint of zest. A beautiful and full of finesse wine !
