The palate is fruity, fine, well- balanced, precise and offers a certain delicacy, a fine suavity, a fresh frame, minerality, a good guideline as well as a slight straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, candied apple and small notes of peach in syrup associated with small touches of crystallized tangerine, juicy / ripe pineapple, subtle hints of juicy quenette and as well as imperceptible hint of beeswax and spices.
