It reveals notes of lemon, fresh lemon caviar and small notes of crystallized apple associated with fine touches of racy minerality (shale / flint), white flowers, fresh / crunchy pineapple and an imperceptible hint of fresh apricot (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant and offers a juicy / acidulous frame, minerality, a beautiful dynamism, finesse, a beautiful straightness, suavity as well as a certain softness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of nectarine, lemon caviar and small notes of crystallized lemon associated with touches of crunchy pineapple, crunchy white fruits as well as slight hints of minerality. Beautiful acidulous persistence with hints of acidulous lemon, mandarin and dried apricot.
