The nose is aromatic, racy, complex and offers a fine richness as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of ripe apple, ripe pear, vine peach and small notes of quince associated with hints of ripe apricot, subtle hints of citrus, lemon / lime zest (in the background) as well as discreet hints of flowers and an imperceptible touch of spices (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy, precise, clean and offers a good definition, a beautiful mineral frame as well as a fine acidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe citrus and juicy / ripe apple associated with small notes of peach, pear as well as fine touches of flowers and lemon zest. Good length. Beautiful acidulous and gourmande persistence. A great wine !
