The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers fat, suavity, a good definition, juiciness as well as a small suavity, a fine fat, gourmandize and a mineral/racy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh lemon, mesocarp, small notes of crunchy peach associated with very fine hints of crunchy apple and discreet hint of fresh fresh kumquat. Good length. A good mineral, racy and fruity persistence.
