Domaine Trouillet – Les Condemines 2018 – Saint-Véran

The nose is fruity and offers a small richness, a fine freshness, a racy minerality and a very fine incisive side. It reveals notes of yellow apple, kumquat, small notes of small notes of mandarine/dry lemon associated with very discreet hints of small yellow fruits and an imperceptible hint of butter. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality as well as a fine acidulous frame, a good definition, freshness and a fine fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy apple, crunchy/fresh nectarine, small notes of kumquat associated with fine touches of mandarine zestes as well as a discreet hint of zestes. An imperceptible hint of almond and fresh butter on the finish/persistence. Good length.
