The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality as well as a fine acidulous frame, a good definition, freshness and a fine fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy apple, crunchy/fresh nectarine, small notes of kumquat associated with fine touches of mandarine zestes as well as a discreet hint of zestes. An imperceptible hint of almond and fresh butter on the finish/persistence. Good length.
