The nose is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, a fine / discreetly tight grain, a beautiful stretched side and a fine concentration. It reveals notes of licorice, bright cherry and small notes of juicy/pulpy redcurrant associated with small touches of violet, cuben pepper and fine hints of spices. The palate is fruity, fresh and offers a beautiful mineral frame, acidity, tension, a small straightness, a beautiful elegant fruit (offers concentration in delicacy), gourmandize as well as a small and discreetly tight richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright/pulpy blackberry, bright cherry and small notes of liquorice, crushed plum associated with fine hints of lilac, nutmeg, toast, a subtle hint of chocolate and toasted almond. Tannins are precise, structuring and well managed. A beautiful acidity and sapidity on the finish.
