The palate is fruity, fresh and offers a beautiful mineral frame, acidity, tension, a small straightness, a beautiful elegant fruit (offers concentration in delicacy), gourmandize as well as a small and discreetly tight richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright/pulpy blackberry, bright cherry and small notes of liquorice, crushed plum associated with fine hints of lilac, nutmeg, toast, a subtle hint of chocolate and toasted almond. Tannins are precise, structuring and well managed. A beautiful acidity and sapidity on the finish.
