Domaine Stéphane de Sousa – Les Magny 2015 – Bourgogne

The nose is fruity, slightly gourmand and offers a fine richness. It reveals notes of crushed apple, crushed pear and small notes of quenette, crushed green peach combined with a very discreet hint of citrus and an imperceptible touch of gray pepper (in the background). The wine needs to be decanted. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built, racy, finely gourmande and offers a fine suavity, a fine acid / juicy frame and roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe quenette and small notes of ripe nectarine associated with fine touches of mirabelle plum, quenette as well as an imperceptible touch of butter (in the background) and an imperceptible touch of vanilla. Good length.
