The nose is elegant, frank and offers power and intensity. It reveals notes of blackberry, ripe strawberry, small notes of small ripe black fruits associated with touches of liquorice, Sichuan pepper as well as discreet hints of violet candy, garrigue and nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, straightness and a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, wild blackberry and small notes of crunchy wild strawberry associated with touches of garrigue, liquorice stick, sense of the place associated with hints of violet and sweet spices. Tannins are elegant and structuring.
