Domaine Soupé, Petit Chablis 2021

The wine has a pale lemon color. The nose is fragrant and fruity. It offers notes of juicy stone fruit (yellow peach, apricot), lemon, candied lemon peel, orange zest, as well as white flowers (apple blossom), a subtle touch of gooseberry, green apple and cut grass. On the palate, the wine is tangy, chiseled and balances the roundness on the nose. It expresses notes of green apple, lemon, lime, grapefruit, tart fresh apricot, a delicate minerality and fine notes of white flowers (apple blossom). The finish is lively, very tangy (with lime and gooseberry notes), moderately persistent, but refreshing. A chiseled wine, with freshness and dynamism.
