The nose is aromatic. It reveals notes of sugared pink grapefruit, elderflowers, small notes of peach flowers associated with fine touches of crystallized lemon and lemon flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a small tension, precision as well as a small fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy lemon, lychee, small notes of quenette associated with touches of crushed green apple, hints of sugared pink grapefruit as well as a subtle hint of elderflower and lemon flowers. A good persistence.
