The nose is fruity and gourmand. It reveals notes of blueberry, plum and blackberry cream associated with fine notes of red fruits, chocolate as well as a touch of liquorice and a discreet hint of cornflower. The palate is fruity, mineral, gourmande, unctuous, well-balanced and offers a fine mineral frame, freshness and fat. Beautiful mouth ! On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, blueberry and fleshy Quetsche plum associated with touches of raspberry, small red berries as well as hints of toasted / vanilla oak and licorice / chocolate. Tannins are fine and slightly dry. Good length.
