It reveals notes of pulpy / crushed blackberry, pulpy / crushed blue plum and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of cornflowers, crushed strawberry, licorice, Bourbon vanilla bean as well as discreet hints of lily and crushed green cardamom. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-well-balanced and offers a beautiful mineral frame, a fine tension, precision, a beautiful freshness (while in control), energy, precision in the structure as well as a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed / fleshy blackberry, fleshy / pulpy purple plum and small notes of of pulpy / fleshy strawberry associated with touches of cornflowers, bourbon vanilla bean as well as hints of chocolate, bay leaf, rose, toasted and discreet hints of crushed green cardamom. Tannins are precise, fine and delicate. Beaitiful suave and gourmande persistence. A small bitterness on the persistence.
