The nose is fruity, well-built and offers a fine gourmandize. It reveals notes of fleshy cherry, bright blue plum, small notes of raspberry associated with touches of crushed blueberry, cornflower, chocolate as well as fine hints of racy minerality/terroir and a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a good definition, gourmandize as well as precision and a fine concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright plum, bright redcurrant, small notes of violet associated with touches of blueberry, chocolate, caramelization as well as a very discreet hint of mild tobacco leaf and an imperceptible hint of cardamom (in the background). Good length.
