The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color with golden reflections. The nose offers depth, complexity and concentration. It expresses integrated spicy notes (cloves, nutmeg, a touch of vanilla), as well as a light toasted touch and fresh hazelnut, associated with a beautiful fruity substance. There are also notes of juicy stone fruits (yellow peach, apricot), pineapple, fresh lemon, candied orange peel, as well as a floral touch (acacia, apple blossom, orange tree). On the palate, the wine offers a balance between concentration and delicate sweetness and a lively and salivating acidity. The attack expresses freshness, energy and lemony notes (notes of lime zest, fresh lemon), in the middle of the mouth, we find the flavors of fresh apricot, white peach and crunchy pineapple. The finish is persistent, chiseled, on a salivating acidity and a fine bitterness of lime zest. A dynamic, fresh and straight wine, perhaps, closed for the moment.
