The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. On the nose, it offers complexity and concentration. It expresses notes of fresh lemon, candied lemon, melon, yellow peach, fresh pineapple, a sweet touch of lemon cream, a delicate touch of fresh vanilla pod, a hint of peach in syrup and candied pineapple, as well as elegant floral notes of acacia, apple flower and a light touch of orange blossom. On the palate, the wine is precise, straight and fresh. It expresses the flavors of fresh lemon zest, fresh apricot, crisp white peach, fresh pineapple, as well as hints of vanilla, apple blossom and a chalky mineral touch. Nice lively and refreshing acidity, the finish is persistent, salivating and offers a slight bitterness of grapefruit in the background.
