The nose is fruity, aromatic and quite gourmand. It reveals notes of raspberry jelly and crushed strawberry associated with a hint of cherry, cassis, hints of toasted as well as a discreet hint of chocolate and spices. The palate is fruity, mineral, racy, elegant, well-balanced and offers a beautiful fat, finesse, a beautiful freshness, a juicy frame, harmony as well as gourmandize. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of raspberry jam and crushed strawberry associated with slight notes of small berries, blueberries as well as hints of toasted and hints of vanilla (discreet).
