(80% Marsanne, 30% Roussanne) The nose is fruity, gourmand and crunchy. It reveals notes of roasted pineapple, mirabelle plum and slight notes of candied lemon associated with slight notes of pâtisserie, discreet notes of flowers and a hint of leather. The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant, straight and offers tension, an acid frame and minerality. In mouths this wine expresses notes of mirabelle plum, quince and slight notes of pineapple associated with slight notes of peach in syrup, a very discreet note of fresh herbs and a touch of honey. Good length.
