The wine has a pale rose gold color. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is discreet. We smell the white pepper and the fine white raspberry. With air, the wine is more expressive with orchard fruits such as peaches. We find a mineral aspect and a little smoky. In the background we find notes of scrubland. The attack is fresh and tangy. We feel the crushed raspberry but also the apple. Juicy lemon arrives with a discreet peach. The mid-palate is still tangy, well constructed. The finish has a hint of bitterness supported by a discreet thyme. The finish is saline, short.
