The nose is fruity, elegant, aromatic, ample and offers a beautiful aromatic palette/amplitude of it, freshness and minerality. It reveals notes of bright boysenberry, blueberry and small notes of pulpy strawberry associated with small touches of cornflower, sweet violet as well as a hint of licorice, saffron and sweet spices / toasted. The palate is fruity, elegant, full of delicacy and offers richness well-mastered / in subtlety, a small aerial side in its definition / richness and an elegant structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright boysenberry, blueberry and small notes of juicy / fresh cherry associated with a touch of fleshy / fresh / juicy small red fruits, violet, lily as well as fine hints of racy minerality, of tonka beans, tobacco, a discreet hint of pepper, an imperceptible hint of paprika (in base), fine hints of crushed toasted almonds, hazelnuts and chocolate. Tannins are elegant and mellow. Good length.
