Domaine Rossignol-Trapet 2020 Beaune 1er Cru les Teurons

The nose is fruity and offers a fine pulpiness, a beautiful / racy minerality as well as a beautiful, ripe / fresh fruit. There are notes of quite ripe blackberry, pulpy raspberry and small notes of fresh purple plum associated with touches of violet, cherry blossoms as well as hints of zan, discreet hints of spices, fresh tobacco and a subtle hint of varietal / sense of the place. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a beautiful acidulous / chiseled / gourmand frame, a nice tension, freshness, a small fat as well as a certain well-controlled / stretched richness and an aerial approach. On the palate this wine expresses notes of acidulous / juicy raspberry, fresh cherry and small notes of plum associated with touches of fresh blackberry, violet, cherry blossoms as well as hints of fresh blond tobacco, zan, a discreet hint of pepper, fresh nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of sense of the place. Tannins are precise, racy, fine and supple.
