Domaine Richard Rottiers 2017 – Moulin-à-Vent

The nose is aromatic. It reveals notes of blackberry, vanilla and small notes of strawberry associated with small touches of blueberry and discreet hints of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a small juiciness, freshness, tension as well as a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fresh cherry, fresh / juicy raspberry and small notes of vanilla associated with small touches of plum, toasted as well as discreet hints of caramelization. Tannins are fine and slightly dry. The finish is discreetly chewy. There are slight hints of vanilla on the finish.
