The nose is elegant. It reveals notes of cornflower, blackberry and small notes of cherry associated with touches of raspberry as well as discreet hints of tobacco, violet, gray pepper and zan. The palate is fruity, beautifully balanced, elegant, very finely tight and offers a good definition, juiciness, a beautiful finesse, gourmandize, a small tension, harmony as well as a fine fleshiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, blackberry and small notes of plum associated with small touches of wild strawberry, wild red berries, cornflower/flowers as well as fine hints of liquorice, toasted, discreet hints of tonka bean (in the background) and a very discreet hint of cardamom. Tannins are fine, well-built and offers suppleness.
