The nose is fruity, racy and offers a good definition, a fine freshness, finesse of the grain, small notes of racy minerality associated with touches of yellow flowers, green apple as well as very fine hints of bee wax, toasted and an imperceptible hint of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, precision, tension as well as elegance, a beautiful juicy/ripe fruit and a beautiful finesse of the fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe lemon, quince, small notes of yellow peach associated with small touches of juicy yellow apple, a racy minerality as well as hints of apple flowers, very fine hints of toasted/bee wax and an imperceptible hint of fresh verveba. Good length. An imperceptible firmness of the grain.
