The nose is aromatic and offers power. It reveals notes of quince, zests, small notes of lemon flowers, apple flowers, yellow apple associated with small touches of small wild fruits as well as hints of racy minerality, a subtle hint of spices and an imperceptible hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, gourmandize as well as a beautiful structure, richness as well as precision, suavity and a beautiful silkiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy quince, yellow apple, small notes of Mirabelle associated with small touches of William pear, a racy minerality as well as fine hints of almond, an imperceptible hint of apple flowers and sense of the place. Good length.
