The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers intensity, a small perfume side as well as a fine power. It reveals notes of acidulous violet candy, blackberry and small notes of raspberry associated with discreet hints of wild black berries, camphor, Sichuan pepper as well as an imperceptible hint of liquorice (in the background). The palate is fruity, flowery, well-balanced, precise and offers a good definition, suavity, finesse, a fine tension, fluidity, a small gourmandize, a fine freshness, a fine straightness as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of acidulous violet candy and plum associated with small notes of acidulous blackberry candy, raspberry as well as discreet hints of liquorice. There are hints of cocoa, grilled oak, chocolate on the finish/persistence. Tannins are fine and elegant. A very discreet chew on the finish/persistence.
