Domaine Pradelle, Les Hirondelles, Crozes-Hermitage 2020

The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity with purple reflections. The nose is aromatic and expressive, on the freshness of fruits and herbs. It reveals notes of red cherry, morello cherry, blackcurrant and red currant with delicate hints of violet, blackcurrant leaf and crushed mint leaf. On the palate, the wine is full of freshness, ripe red and black fruits (tangy red cherry, red currant, cranberries, wild strawberry, blackcurrant), it also expresses delicate herbaceous (thyme, bay leaf, mint) and floral (violet) notes. Bright acidity gives the wine energy, and fine, but firm tannins offer a good structure. The finish is on the acidity of red cherries, quite persistent, with subtle herbaceous notes. A pleasant and fresh wine.
