The nose is fruity, racy and offers intensity, a fine concentration as well as an aromatic precision. It reveals notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy plum, small notes of chocolate associated with fine touches of crushed raspberry, fine hints of vanilla, a very discreet hint of fresh rose and hazelnut. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, gourmand and offers juiciness, a small freshness, a beautiful definition, precision as well as gourmandize, a fine tension and a small fleshy side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, pulpy/juicy violet plum, small notes of juicy raspberry associated with touches of crushed redcurrant, chocolate, vanilla/toasted as well as a subtle hint of hazelnut, violet and an imperceptible hint of camphor (in the background). Good length. Tannins are elegant and structuring.
