Domaine Pignier – Macvin du Jura

The palate is fruity, well-balanced, a bit tight and offers a good definition, a beautiful juiciness, a tangy frame, precision, straightness, a small concentration, gourmandise, dynamism as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, juicy Quetsche plum and small notes of crushed blueberry associated with touches of cassis jam, hints of marmalade, cocoa / tonka feve as well as discreet hints of cardamom and an imperceptible hint of tea. Good length.
