The nose is fruity and offers a very fine richness (in the background). It reveals notes of ripe William pear, Mirabelle, small notes of apple associated with very fine hints of fresh kumquat as well as discreet hints of spices and varietal. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a small saline minerality, a good definition as well as gourmandize and a small fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy quince, crushed Mirabelle, small notes of racy minerality associated with small touches of silex, small touches of small fresh/pulpy white fruits, lychee as well as a very discreet hint of zests (in the background).
