The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a small saline minerality, a good definition as well as gourmandize and a small fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy quince, crushed Mirabelle, small notes of racy minerality associated with small touches of silex, small touches of small fresh/pulpy white fruits, lychee as well as a very discreet hint of zests (in the background).
