The nose is fruity, aromatic, elegant and offers gourmandise as well as a slight intensity / power. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, crushed strawberry and subtle hints of plum, crushed raspberry as well as hints of vanilla, mocha, cardamom, toasted / caramelized oak and a subtle hint of cardamom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, racy and offers a nice minerality, a slight freshness, a nice definition, a slight juicy / acid frame as well as straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy plum and fleshy raspberry associated with touches of liquorice, toasted oak, vanilla, slight touches of racy minerality (in the background) as well as an imperceptible hint of almond and cardamom. Good length.
