The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful juiciness as well as a beautiful grain. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, ripe / juicy mandarin, ans small notes of juicy vine peach associated with slight touches of white fruit, yuzu as well as subtle hints of racy minerality and ripe almonds. The palate is fruity, mineral, elegant, racy and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful finesse of the grain, juiciness, freshness as well as a melodious side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe apple, ripe / juicy kumquat and small notes of fleshy pear associated with fine touches of juicy citrus fruits as well as slight hints of exotic fruits and beeswax / butter. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of toasted almond on the finish / persistence. Beautiful persistence.
