The nose offers gourmandise. It reveals notes of quince, mirabelle plum and small touches of white fruit associated with hints of vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well defined and offers a beautiful freshness / minerality, a beautiful juiciness, an acid frame, dynamism, a good structure as well as a beautiful grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, apple and small notes of juicy / fresh mirabelle plum combined with touches of quince as well as fine touches of juicy tangerine, discreet hints of quenette and very discreet hints of vanilla. Good length and good persistence.
