The nose is elegant, precise, well-built and offers a fine concentration / power. It reveals notes of fresh / ripe blackberry, fleshy plum and small notes of wild strawberry combined with fine touches of licorice, violet and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, finesse, suavity, tension, dynamism as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, juicy Quetsche plum and small notes of black cherry, small wild black berries, fleshy wild strawberry associated with touches of licorice, toasted touches, sweet spices as well as a very discreet hint of sweet blond tobacco, flowers and an imperceptible hint of vanilla. Tannins are elegant. Good length.
