The palate is fruity, gourmand, fat, mineral, racy, harmonious, beautifully fleshy and offers a beautiful matter and elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, fresh pineapple and juicy white peach associated with slight hints of Granny Smith apple and a touch of Williams pear. Good length and persistence. There is a small note of lemon seed on the finish.
