The wine has a lovely pale rose gold color. The nose is intense and fruity with freshness. There are notes of garrigue as well as juicy peach and melon. There are also fine touches of orange blossom and ripe lemon zest. The palate is fresh with roundness and fruit. There are notes of crunchy red berries like morello cherry and strawberry as well as grapefruit and lemon. The tangy frame continues on the finish with salivation and a hint of iodine.
