The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers tension, a small straightness, a fine juiciness, a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe lemon juicy/ripe quince, small notes of juicy green apple associated with small touches of juicy apricot, quenette/exotic fruits as well as fine hints of mandarine flowers, a subtle hint of lily of the valley, fresh local copse. Discreet hints of toasted and bee wax on the finish/persistence.
