Domaine Moulin Tacussel 2019 – Châteauneuf-du-Pape

The nose is elegant, fruity and offers a good definition as well as a very fine concentration. It reveals notes of apple, fleshy nectarine, small notes of lychee associated with touches of lemon flowers, zests, crunchy pear as well as very discreet hints of fresh local copse, tilleul and an imperceptible hint of bee wax. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers tension, a small straightness, a fine juiciness, a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe lemon juicy/ripe quince, small notes of juicy green apple associated with small touches of juicy apricot, quenette/exotic fruits as well as fine hints of mandarine flowers, a subtle hint of lily of the valley, fresh local copse. Discreet hints of toasted and bee wax on the finish/persistence.
