The nose is aromatic, very finely tight and offers a fine grain and a very fine intensity/deepness. It reveals notes of wild Mirabelle, quince, small notes of dry zests associated with small touches of racy minerality/terroir, spices and a subtle hint of pepper (in the background)/lilac. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/aciduloys frame, a beautiful definition of the fruit, a very fine unctuosity, fat as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy quince, crushed Mirabelle, small notes of lemon associated with fine touches of crushed apricot as well as fine hints of butter, flint and very discreet hints of pâtisseries. Good length.
