Domaine Maurice Schoech – Pinot Gris 2013 – Alsace

Domaine Maurice Schoech – Pinot Gris 2013 – Alsace

The nose is fruity and relatively elegant. It reveals notes of exotic fruit associated with fine notes of apple and flint. The palate is fruity, fresh, well structured and offers a small minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe peach and apple associated with slight notes of citrus, lemon peels as well as touches of papaya. Good length.
