Domaine Mas Conscience – L’In 2022 – AOP Languedoc

The wine has a beautiful shiny color with a slight silver reflection. The nose is fresh, fruity and mineral. There are notes of white peach, juicy nectarine as well as slight touches of verbena. There is a racy minerality with a side of white smoke. We also perceive wilder elements such as aromatic herbs from the garrigue and sweet spices. On the palate it is fresh and fruity with roundness on the attack. There is a tangy backbone that encompasses notes of grapefruit, orange blossom as well as stone fruits like peach and apricot. The finish is saline and ends in fruit with a floral touch of jasmine.
