The nose is elegant, fine and offers delicacy, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a small freshness and a small intensity. It reveals notes of lemon, mandarine mesocarp, small notes of fresh/juicy quince associated with fine touches of zests, lychee and very discreet hints of racy minerality and an imperceptible saline hint. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, gourmandise, tension as well as a beautiful finesse of grain, delicacy, elegance and suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe lemon, quince, small notes of white flowers associated with hints of crushed kumquat and a subtle hint of crushed apple and a subtle hint of crushed apricot. Good length. An imperceptible, almost salty point (in the background). Very discreet hints of butter/vanilla/hazelnut on the aftertaste.
