It reveals notes of quince, kumquat zest and small notes of yellow fruit associated with touches of beeswax, dried grapefruit zest, slight hints of flowers and a very discreet hint of hint of butter. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, minerality, precision, a juicy / acidulous frame as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy quince, juicy kumquat and small notes of wild small fruits associated with slight varietal hints as well as discreet hints of dried zest of grapefruit, white flowers and butter.
