Domaine les Sadons 2022 – Pauillac

The nose is toasted, spicy and expresses notes of blackberry, raspberry and more lightly – toasted, sweet spices, associated with touches of toasted bread as well as hints of zan and has a sappy hint in the background. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, juiciness, deliciousness, smoothness, roundness. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, pulpy/juicy blackcurrant and more lightly – pulpy/juicy raspberry, associated with touches of violet, star anise/licorice as well as hints of toast and fine hints of tonka bean. The tannins are supple and sapid. A little chewiness in the back of the mouth/persistence.
