The palate is fruity, beautifully precise and offers a fine grain, a small aerial side, an acidulous frame, delicacy as well as a silky touch, tension (full of finesse), gourmandize, a beautiful definition and a beautiful finesse of the fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/crunchy cherry, blackberry, small notes of small juicy/crunchy red fruits associated with a touch of violet plum, a racy minerality, sweet spices and sense of the place. A very discreet hint of chocolate/toasted on the finish/persistence. Tannins are supple, fine and elegant. A beautifully built, elegant, fine, aerial and full of delicacy wine.
