The wine shows a pale salmon colour. The nose is delicate but attractive with notes of fresh and roasted raspberries, cherry compote, wild strawberries and a touch of barberry and red tea. The palate is rich, creamy and powerful, with a touch of sweetness and a particular peppery note in the background. It demonstrates flattering creamy red fruits, notes of strawberry yogurt and vanilla. A pleasant rose with a good balance between acidity and structure. Good persistence.
