The nose is elegant and offers richness (in delicacy), a certain concentration (in finesse), a beautiful definition as well as precision. It reveals notes of bright blackberry, pulpy Quetsche plum and small notes of Gariguette strawberry associated with small touches of blueberry, licorice, a hint of violet, hints of chocolate as well as a fine hint of caramelized hazelnut and a very discreet hint of graphite (in the background). The palate is elegant, fruity, harmonious and offers freshness, a beautiful racy minerality, a beautiful slightly acidulous frame, pulpy, precision, a certain straightness, purity of the fruit as well as a beautiful acidity of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy redcurrants, pulpy / juicy Gariguette strawberry and small notes of acidulous blueberry associated with small touches of acidulous / ripe Quetsche plum, zan, sweet blond tobacco, hints of hazelnut crushed, vanilla as well as a subtle hint of saffron and toast.
