The nose is aromatic and offers a certain power, a good definition, intensity as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of Mirabelle, orange dry zests, small notes of small yellow plum associated with touches of apricot, apricot flowers as well as discreet varietal hints, a very discreet hint of bee wax (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of mild tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced (beautiful balance), finely tight and offers suavity, fat, elegance, an aerial side in the approach, straightness, a beautiful touch, a controlled power as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy Mirabelle, small yellow plum, small notes of crushed yellow nectarine associated with touches of quince, crushed apricot, fine hints of acacia flowers, sense of the place (local biotope) as well as an imperceptible hint of sage, almond and fresh nutmeg (in the background). Good length. This wine should be decanted.
