The mouth is fresh, juicy, mineral, racy and offers an acid frame, a small suavity, a good freshness, a good juiciness as well as a slight fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, Granny Smith apple and slight notes of pear associated with small hints of lemon seed, mandarine as well as an imperceptible hint of quenette. Good length.
